Jay is responsible for leading the Company’s business development efforts, including new organics recycling facilities, strategic partnerships and new technologies. For example, Jay is helping the company launch the AGreen anaerobic digestion technology project to generate renewable energy from food wastes. He joined our team in 1989 with a background in organic farming, environmental education, and management of a start-up, non-profit community organization. He has assisted the company to achieve targeted strategic growth through product development and marketing, operations management, sales, and business development.
During this period, he has also dedicated himself to community service in many ways, including as a school board director, board member of the African Cultural Foundation, and member of his municipal sustainability committee.
