Jeff DeCosse is the facility manager of our Grasslands biosolids processing facility in Chateaugay, NY. Jeff moved back to Chateaugay, NY after living and working in Connecticut for the past ten years. He has a proven track record of production efficiency with Murphy Road Recycling in Connecticut and we are excited to have his leadership in getting Grasslands up and running to Casella standards.
